Make a difference for those in need and dance your heart out for the people of Haiti with the Nia Maine Teacher Dance Jam. This event is for Every Body, regardless of age, fitness level or experience.
Nia is an eclectic barefoot fitness fusion program that integrates movement diversity to develop and enhance ones own body-mind-spirit awareness. We have gathered Nia teachers from Camden, Maine to Portsmouth, New Hampshire to bring this wonderful movement to you and give support to the families of Haiti.
All donation amounts are greatly appreciated. Casco Bay Movers has graciously donated their space for the event, so 100% of donation will go directly to Haiti through Maine based Konbit-Sante. Dance in community with purpose!
Doors open at 2pm. Join in anytime and stay as long as you like. For more information, go to www.dancenia.com or contact Blue Belt Nia Instructor Maggie Bokor at 207-899-5939.
